Dispatch time

Most ready products are carefully checked, packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Selected candle vessels, gift sets or made-to-order pieces may require 3–5 business days. Any longer lead time will be shown on the product page or communicated before dispatch.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping within India is charged at the rate shown during checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold configured on the store receive complimentary standard shipping. The final shipping amount is always shown before payment.

Transit and tracking

After dispatch, the courier name and tracking number can be added to your order by our team and will appear in your account. Transit times depend on destination and courier service; remote locations may take longer.

Handmade and fragile packaging

Nakhat products contain raised sculptural details and are packed with additional protection. Please record an unboxing video for fragile orders, especially if you may need to report transit damage.
